The Conference Registration Desk will be located on the 1st floor of the Karuizawa Prince Hotel West, in front of the room “Nagano” and will be open during the following hours.

You are requested to come to the Registration Desk to pick up your conference kit within the above time frame. The name badge is mandatory for access to all sessions, social events and exhibition during the conference.

The PC Center (PC Preview Desk) will be located on the 1st floor of the Karuizawa Prince Hotel West next to the Registration Desk and will be open during the following hours: Please refer to the room location.

Note: Please bring your PC or PC data to the PC Center at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation to register and submit it to test the connection and view your file.
